The amount depends on the type and size of the unit replaced (per Marin County page updated 2026-07-28, and aggregator listings). Older listings showed up to $900. STATUS UNCLEAR: one listing says the offers are paused and expected to relaunch, and 3CE says a single-family HPWH offer launches in fall 2026.
