Eligibility
Residential electric customers of Eversource or UI in existing homes replacing natural gas, oil, propane or electric resistance as the primary heat with ENERGY STAR Cold Climate air-source or air-to-water heat pumps installed by an Energize CT Heat Pump Installer Network (HPIN) contractor. Baseboard-replacement enhancement requires pre-install verification via the heat verification portal.
