- Eligibility
- New single-family, detached homes or existing single-family, detached homes undergoing a major remodel served by City of Tallahassee Electric that achieve a qualifying HERS® Index score; EV-Ready Installation must include a powered EV-rated receptacle in a garage or driveway with a 50-amp double-pole breaker on a dedicated 208/240-volt circuit for a future EV charger.
