- Qualified battery systems; residential customers may enroll in Peak Time Rebates provided they have not already enrolled their device(s) in the Smart Thermostat Program or Smart Battery Pilot. You may not participate in both the Smart Battery Pilot and Batteries in PTR.

Qualified battery systems are eligible to join PGE’s Smart Battery Pilot and can earn $1.70 per kWh during each Peak Time Event by allowing PGE to dispatch from your system during an event. You may not participate in both the Smart Battery Pilot and Batteries in PTR.
