- PGE residential account holders who own or lease an electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid are eligible for one charger rebate per electric vehicle when they enroll in the Smart Charging program; rebate payments capped at total price paid plus qualifying expenses; limit of two rebates per customer; Electrical Service Upgrade Rebate requires existing main breaker panel less than 200 amps and is not a standalone rebate, may only be paired with the charger installation rebate
